Welcome to Genesis: Spiritual Guidance. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Genesis: Spiritual Guidance (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Genesis: Spiritual Guidance mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration and Authentication

To use most features of the App, you must log in using a Google (Gmail) or Apple ID. Manual email/password sign-up or phone number authentication is not supported.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and agree to be liable for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Genesis: Spiritual Guidance offers auto-renewable in-app subscriptions:

Monthly Plan: $4.17/month (no free trial)
Annual Plan: $49.99/year (includes a 7-day free trial)

Subscription Terms:

Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time via your Apple or Google account settings.
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
No refunds are issued for partial or unused subscription periods unless required by law.

4. License and Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
Use the App to upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive
Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

We reserve the right to terminate your license or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including text, graphics, images, audio, video, and software—is the property of Genesis: Spiritual Guidance or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in this agreement.

6. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app deletion feature. Once deleted, your account and associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the App’s accuracy, reliability, or availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis: Spiritual Guidance and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our [Privacy Policy] which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
